The Michael and Ann Ciresi Midwest Fetal Care Center, located in Minneapolis at The Mother Baby Center at Abbott Northwestern Hospital and Children’s Minnesota, opened Monday. The new, 6,700-square-foot clinic is the first and largest advanced fetal care center in the Upper Midwest and one of only a few in the U.S.
The clinic was made possible in part by a $1 million named gift by Minnesota attorney and Children’s Foundation past chair, Mike Ciresi, and his wife, Ann.

The facility is co-located with Minnesota Perinatal Physicians, one of the largest perinatal groups in the U.S. Minnesota Perinatal Physicians’ highly trained maternal and fetal specialists continuously pursue advanced training to better serve the region.
